myhydro keeps things simple – you can now access your account anytime, anywhere, and on any device.
Here, you will find up-to-date information about your account and enhanced self – service options.
Registered users can easily and conveniently:
- View account balance, payment history, and set up payment options online
- Subscribe to text and email notifications for planned and unplanned power outages
- View and report power outages online
- Subscribe to payment reminders via text and email notifications
- Sign up for paperless e-billing and the Equal Payment Plan
- Track and manage your electricity usage in easy-to-read charts, set budget goals, compare your power usage year after year, or against the average usage of the residents in your neighbourhood
- Submit a service request, including change of address.
